LOUIS V LINE'S VENOM & SON VENOMLINE'S KING V AT THE PARK
Sunday we decided to take pocket American Bully father and son Venom & King V out to spend some father & son time together at the park. It was nice to get them out of the house (and away from the females) for some much needed father/son time. They were able to talk sports, about fishing and then they didn't talk at all.. Pretty much how us men prefer it.
It was also an opportunity to spend some time with the dogs and for me to shed a few tears over Chunk's son and King V's brother that passed away the day before. We will get into more about what happened below. But before we do, here are some photos and video of the father and son Sunday afternoon at the park.
VENOMLINE’S “RAMPAGE” GEORGE REST IN PEACE
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of a member of our pack. We lost a rising star in the bully world way before his time, and more importantly we lost a family member, Vic & Diona lost a son, and their children lost their best friend.
Rampage was a big teddy bear, a gentle giant and he loved his dad Vic and mom Diona. Please respect our time to mourn this loss and we ask that your prayers and thoughts go out to the Venomline Camp and the Limas family. Rampage was actually on the way down for a mini documentary featuring him, King V and several of our females.
A NIGHTMARE SCENARIO
About an hour into the trip Vic & Diona heard him start to breathe heavily, which was abnormal for him. Especially in an air conditioned car. This comes as a huge surprise as Rampage was in great health, had great scores on all his health testing, no murmur, elongated soft palate or a single issue. Vic & Diona did everything they possible could to save his life and are devastated.
We do not know if he was tung by a bee or had a reaction to something at a rest stop. Some of you may remember when Venom “Chunk” almost died after being stung by a bee. But we were minutes away from an ER Vet and when it happened.
Unfortunately Rampage was over an hour away from the closest vet, as Vic & his family were all traveling down when they noticed he was panting heavily and his eyes were starting to swell up.
We will be finding out the exact cause soon, whether it was a bee or wasp sting, an insect bite or if he had an allergic reaction to something outside that caused anaphylaxis. It happened unexpectedly and sudden.
TO ALL AMERICAN BULLY OWNERS
Please be on guard when traveling with your bully. Especially to new environments. Pack an emergency kit and be prepared for when the unexpected occurs.
Anaphylaxis causes your immune system to release a flood of chemicals that can cause you to go into shock — your blood pressure drops suddenly and your airways narrow, blocking breathing.
Anaphylaxis symptoms usually occur within minutes of exposure to an allergen. Sometimes, however, it can occur a half-hour or longer after exposure. Signs and symptoms include:
Skin reactions, including hives and itching and flushed or pale skin
Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Constriction of your airways and a swollen tongue or throat, which can cause wheezing and trouble breathing
If there’s anything good that can come out of Rampage’s passing, we are reminding all bully owners that the unexpected can happen and tragedies can occur in a matter of minutes.
IN RAMPAGE’S MEMORY
To honor him, we’re asking that every bully owner to remember to always travel with a first aid kit. Benadryl, Alcohol swabs, lemon juice and an epi-pen for emergencies. Even with all of these on hand, tragedies can still occur. But hopefully this will save the life an another bully and spare another family from suffering through such a devastating loss. We are all heartbroken, please respect our time to mourn and show some love and support especially to our team members Vic & Diona. You’re gone way to soon, and we love you big fella.
TO CUSTOMERS WHO’VE RESERVED HIM AT STUD
To all who have reserved him at Stud- as always we will make sure you’re good. We just ask for a few days before contacting about business. This was more than just a Stud- this was a sweet and gentle big bear that made the lives of everyone who met him better.
He will be remembered for that huge George smile.
THE DAY AFTER
Still reeling from the loss and feeling a tremendous amount of guilt, I decided to take Rampage’s dad Venom, brother King V and littermate sister Lil Ting to the park to clear my head. As a partner, a co-owner or a friend- you’re supposed to be there for the other person. That’s what a partnership is all about: sharing in the losses and celebrating successes together as a team. To have the other’s backs and to stick together through thick and thin. No matter what. Maybe I’m old school, but shit like that means something to me.
THE DAY IT HAPPENED
But, this is where I failed, and it has stuck with me all afternoon and everyday sense. Saturday at around noon I spoke to Vic and got word they were on the way. I needed to catch up on sleep and figured Saturday would be a great time to do that. So I put my phone on Do Not Disturb, because it goes off non-stop throughout the day and I planned to watch a movie and get some sleep. I woke to around 30 missed calls about an emergency with George.
My phone was on Do Not Disturb. I was not there when my partners needed me. That shit is gonna stick with me for a while. But it’s not about me, it’s about how helpless Vic & Diona must have felt and me not being able to help when they needed me. I had no way of knowing this could of happened, and maybe I couldn’t have done anything to help save George in that moment, but maybe I could have.
I SHOULD HAVE BETTER PREPARED MY PARTNERS FOR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION
The thought that maybe had I been available when they needed me.. combined with the fact that I had prepared my partners for an emergency situation like this... maybe Rampage would still be here. I know better, I just didn't think about something like this happening on a quick trip down. That's on me. It’s been making me sick to my stomach sense Saturday.
Vic and Diona’s whole family were in the car with him when it happened and their kids are crushed. We all loved Rampage, but he was like a kid to Vic & Diona. As a Co-Owner you’re supposed to be there and to help care for the dog that you two produced, purchased or decided to own together. As a friend, you’re supposed to be there when the other needs you, and I wasn’t. I’m so sorry.
When you take one of our dogs into your home, you become family. We are different than most kennels in the fact that we do not use a traditional kennel set up. Our dogs sleep in beds and are a part of our family, not kept locked up in kennels all day.
We pride ourselves in producing dogs that have “wow” factor along with great temperament and athleticism despite the heavy muscle/bone they carry.

We make the process easy and stress free.
REMEMBERING WHERE WE STARTED
At Venomline we remember what it was like when we first started. Paying for a well known Stud was a huge risk. We didn’t have a few grand to pay for a Stud and just “hope” that it worked out. But we still tried, and our female didn’t take.. This set our program and vision back over a year.
We paid a Stud Fee and our female didn’t take. Unfortunately it happens. But when we called about the repeat since she didn’t get pregnant, I was told that they do not offer repeats and that were basically “we shit out of luck.”
So we do things differently. If your female does not get pregnant we don’t just keep your money. This is just one of the many reasons so many of the top kennels choose Venomline when reserving a Stud for their program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
NOT YOUR AVERAGE “BREEDER”
There’s not too much better than receiving a call from one of our Customers telling us “she took!” And that puppies are expected in about a month. It’s very exciting for Customers and it still is for us too. Occasionally breedings don’t take, it does happen. So what happens if you’ve paid for Stud Service only to find out 30 days later that she’s not pregnant?
What If My Female Doesn’t Take?
We will re-ship during your females next heat or you can use the Stud Credit towards a pup for sale or future breeding. If you choose to try again during next heat, you will not pay another Stud fee like many breeders would have you do. You just pay Fed Ex shipping and we will send again. We want you to succeed!
Will I Have Trouble Selling Pups I Don’t Plan on Keeping?
On top of covering unsuccessful attempts, we actually go many steps further. Since we know it can be difficult to sell a litter and get the prices you’re expecting.. and because we only breed to accepted Females- we will post your breeding on our social media outlets to help with sales.
Helping with Sales
We’re proud to Advertise our Studs going to a quality bitch. This will help you with sales, getting top dollar for your pups while growing your kennel’s following. Not to mention when using Venom, Omega, Rampage, Savage or King V (dogs that have huge followings)
This is just one of the many ways we go the extra mile for our customers. We have referrals available upon request and an entire group on Facebook where customers post and show off their Venom offspring.
Will I get a receipt with my Purchase?
Yes. You will receive a receipt for your records along with the Stud Contract stating everything we agree to carry out. This is for your protection as well as ours.
THE FEMALES OF VENOMLINE
Venomline females are known for being some of the “bulliest” and most Extreme females on the planet. But what separates us from many other breeders are the females used as part of our breeding program.
It’s simple to use a top Stud, anyone can do that… but at Venomline, we know that it takes both a Top level Stud and a Top Level bitch to produce quality litters on a consistent basis.
QUALITY FEMALES ARE INTEGRAL TO A BREEDING PROGRAM’S SUCCESS
Females are integral to the success of any breeding program. Without using quality females to pair along with Top Studs, litters more than likely just end up being a watered down version of what was initially intended. Knowing this, our primary focus for the past 8 years has been to produce the best possible Pocket Bully Females to match our Top Tier Studs.
One of the things that we never lost sight of as we were adding the dense bone, big blocky head, muscular build and Extreme features, was producing a complete dog. A lot of the “Extreme” American Bullies today, or at least many of the dogs being marketed as such, are not what we would consider a complete American Bully.

THE FOUNDATION & NEXT GENERATION FEMALES OF VENOMLINE
It’s easy to add mass and Extreme features… what’s not easy is producing that on a complete bull. One with angulation along with a thick strong rear. One that exhibits extreme traits but is still functional. A dog can’t run and play, in our opinion is a failure. We aim to produce dogs that will not only stack with any dog that’s brave enough to stand next to them, but also excel inside of the show ring.
There are not too many kennels that are currently combining the “wow factor” and extreme traits desired in the breed while also producing balanced dogs from head to rear that can still succeed in the show ring.
We hardly, if ever have pups on the ground waiting to be sold. Our litters are usually sold out by the time that the pups are born and most litters are reserved in advance. If you are interested in a purchasing a puppy from us, please check out our available pups for sale below.
If you have questions about the right breeding for you, feel free to give us a call. Sometimes we miss messages on all of the social media sites. If you call and leave a message we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
